The Muslim Luhar-Wadha Jamaat was established in August 1991. The objectives of the Luhar-Wadha Jamaat are:
- To promote social and cultural activities, to promote economical, educational and charitable needs and generally be helpful to the Luhar Muslim Community in the United Kingdom.
- To promote and to meet the needs of the members with regards to religious activities and events in accordance with the culture and customs of the faith.
- To maintain harmony and fraternity amongst members of the Jamaat.
